Villa Suoja, Home Fair site 11 in Oulu, is a CLT-framed, brick-clad dream home, designed with a combination of circular economy principles, clean design language, and a light wood-surfaced interior. The property also includes a sauna-studio located in the outbuilding, which harmoniously completes the ensemble.
Valotehdas's role in Villa Suoja: We supplied all indirect lighting and LED strip lighting for work surfaces, as well as the sauna's SAUNA LED strip lighting. The lighting is integrated into the form of the spaces: it emphasizes the clarity of the interior design and the clean frame of the architecture.
Indirect lighting creates soft, glare-free general and ambient light, and LED strips provide practical, functional light for both the sauna and the entrance hall.
Villa Suoja's visually and functionally clear solutions are based on comprehensive design — light doesn't just illuminate, it shapes the atmosphere and defines the space.
