Refund policy

Cancellation and Return Terms and Conditions- Free Exchange and Return Court 30 days

E-commerce customer has a 14-day exchange and return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. We have extended this from September 1, 2022 to free 30 days exchange and return policy! 

The customer has the right to replace or return a part or any order of the order. Products to be returned or replaceable should preferably be in the original packaging and in terms of sale.

If you want to return or switch products, first contact our customer service and ask for a refund - you will receive a return ID for a refund. Please include your name, contact information and your account number for a possible payment refund.

If the returned product has been used contrary to the buyer's legal care obligation;

If the trade is canceled,The goods must be returned without delay and no later than 30 days after the notice of the withdrawal to our return address below.

When returning your order, attach your name and contact information and your account number for the money refund. We will return the money you pay for your order within about a week from our return. If the products are not in original condition, we reserve the right to reduce the amount to be returned to the customer in accordance with the value of the product.

Reduction

The amount of the impairment is determined by the general assessment of our product experts. Our experts have the best information about the value of products and sales potential. The impairment of each return is estimated separately based on the condition of the product and any deficiencies.

The following examples are indicative deductions and depend on general evaluation and impairment:

- If the returned product has been used or processed so that it has traces or dirt, 50%of the value of the product will be returned.
- If the product returns to the sales disable, the impairment is 100% with return costs.
- Missing accessories: The amount to be refunded is deducted by 25 % of the order value
- Damaged Package: The amount to be returned is deducted by 25 % of the order value
- Missing Package: The amount to be refunded is deducted by 25 % of the order value
