Affordable aluminum list for LED tape - basic16

Wide and straight 2000mm aluminum list LED to tape To cool the tape, only a simple aluminum strip under the tape without lid. The list is made of aluminum and is available in both affordable raw aluminum version and anodized color options. You can select the color you want from the menu above, so you can also see the different color options for the aluminum lists by clicking the color boxes.

Practical aluminum list for additional cooling on the LED strip when you only need cooling cheaply. The aluminum list increases the life of the LED tape by improving the tape cooling and protects the tape from mechanical shocks and external burden. This aluminum profile can accommodate all LED strips of the light factory. The basic16 list also hides the LED points directly from the page, but if you need better protection, we recommend a model with a cover, such as Straight12 Aluminum strip for LED tape.

Aluminum List properties and attachment to LED tape

• LED strips up to 16 mm or, for example, 2 x 8mm to achieve really effective lighting
• The list is 20.5 x 3.8mm, space for LED tape 17.4mm

• Fastening: with double -sided tape, screw or mounting adhesive

The aluminum list is very easy to install as the bottom of the list is straight, smooth and wide. Aluminum mounting lists can be cut off with a fine -steel slope to a suitable length and install several lists in a row. To get a straight cutting surface aluminum list, use a miter saw or a miter controller. The aluminum strip can be attached in many different ways, the two most popular ways are a durable double -sided mounting tape or to drill holes in the screws through the list and the immersion holes in the screw straps. You can also use the installation adhesive at the bottom to fix the list.

Cut the suitable length of the LED strip with scissors. Usually the length of the tape is the same as the length of the aluminum list, but you can leave it a little shorter. Note the tape cutting marks, the LED ribbon should only be cut off at those points or the LEDs near the cutting point will remain dark. Attach the LED strip to the profile, connect the tape to the transformer. The LED strip has 15cm-length wires at each end, and you can use the quick connector cable. The transformer is connected either with a plug lead to the socket or directly 230V as a fixed installation. For a fixed installation, you will need an electrician for a 230V connection.
