Affordable aluminium strip LED for ribbon - PERUS16

Wide and straight 2000mm aluminium strip LED for strip for cooling the tape when only a simple aluminium strip is needed under the tape without a cover. The strip is made of aluminium and is available in both a low cost raw aluminium version and anodised colour options. You can select the colour you want from the menu above, and you can also see the different colour options for the aluminium lists by clicking on the colour boxes.

Practical aluminium list for additional cooling LED-For when you just need cooling at a low cost. Aluminium list more LED the life of the tape by improving the cooling of the tape and protecting the tape from mechanical shocks and external stresses. This aluminium profile can accommodate all of the Light Factory's LED-ribbons. The PERUS16 list also hides the LED dots visible directly from the side, but if you need better protection, we recommend the model with the cover, such as Begton12 aluminium list LED on the strip.

Features of the aluminium strip and fixing to the LED strip

• LED strips up to 16 mm or for example 2 x 8mm, for really effective lighting
• The dimensions of the strip are 20,5 x 3,8mm, space for the LED strip 17,4mm
• A diffuser or cover is not available for this model, for our other lists lids are available.
• Fixing: with double-sided tape, screws or mounting adhesive

The aluminium trim is very easy to install as the bottom of the trim is straight, smooth and wide. Aluminium mounting strips can be cut to size with a fine-blade hacksaw and several strips can be installed in a row. To obtain a straight cut surface on the aluminium moulding, use a mitre saw or a mitre guide. Aluminium moulding can be fixed in a variety of ways, the two most popular being durable double-sided mounting tape or drilling holes for screws through the moulding, and countersunk holes for screw caps in the aluminium moulding. You can also use mounting adhesive on the bottom to attach the moulding.

Cut from LED the tape to the appropriate length using scissors. The length of the strip is usually the same as the length of the aluminium strip, but you can leave it a little shorter. Note the cut marks on the strip, LED strip only cut off at or near the points where you want to cut off. LEDwill remain dark. Click to fix LED strip to the profile, attach strip to the transformer.
