Smart LED 5 in 1 WiFi controller for LED strips - single colour, RGB, CCT, RGBW and RGB+CCT

This LED controller lets you control almost any strip from the Smart LED 2.4G range without needing a separate WiFi bridge, as the controller works directly over WiFi. Simply connect your smartphone app directly to the controller!

Connect the Smart LED 5 in 1 controller to a Smart LED 2.4G smartphone app, Smart LED 2.4G remote control, wall panel or any combination of these devices to control your lighting. It also works directly with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant via the app, so you can control your lighting by voice! A Smart LED 2.4G system can include anywhere from one to thousands of Smart LED smart bulbs and LED controllers, and you can also add LED strips and LED downlights with their own receivers. Linked lights can be divided into four or eight zone groups. This controller supports both. Zone groups could be, for example, kitchen, living room, bedroom or separately ceiling lights for daytime and ambient lights for evening.

This controller can also be controlled wirelessly in RGB+CCT mode using a DMX512 wireless transmitter.

Instructions for pairing the controller and remote:

Switch off power to the controller (by unplugging it or switching off the light switch, etc.) and switch the power back on. As soon as the LED lights up, quickly press the ON button on your remote 3 times within 3 seconds (if your remote has multiple channels, press the ON button for the channel you want to link this light to). The lights will flash to confirm the connection.

Unpairing - Switch the lights off again by unplugging or similar. Switch back on and as soon as the light comes on, press the remote's ON button 5 times within 3 seconds. The lights will flash to confirm successful unpairing.

Correct mode on the 5 in 1 controller:

NOTE! Once you have paired the remote and controller, check that the receiver is in the correct mode, otherwise colour control will not work properly. You can see the current mode from the indicator LED on the receiver. You need to select the correct mode by pressing the SET button several times until the correct colour LED lights up next to the SET button.

DELIVERY METHODS

We ship orders every business day, so the estimated delivery time is 1-4 business days for all products in stock. We specialize in safely delivering even 2 m long profiles, well packaged, and you can choose any delivery method for aluminum profiles as well.

• Matkahuolto Lähellä parcels and Schenker pickup point parcels in 2-4 business days.
• Matkahuolto bus parcels usually arrive in 1-2 business days.
• Matkahuolto Home parcel (delivered to your door). The recipient is called within 1-2 business days of pickup to agree on a delivery time. Delivery until 9 PM in larger cities, until 2 PM elsewhere.
• Pickup from our store in Nummela at Ajurintie on weekdays 8 AM-4 PM, see our opening hours.
• Parcels delivered to business addresses usually arrive in 1-2 business days. (DB Schenker business parcel and Posti Express 16)

We deliver orders according to your choice either via DB Schenker, meaning the order can be picked up from the nearest R-kioski or K-market, or as a Matkahuolto Lähellä parcel. You can also choose Posti home delivery for your products. Businesses can additionally choose delivery directly to their business address.

You will see the shipping costs at checkout before finalizing your order. Our shipping logistics are handled by Shipit, and when your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email that lets you follow your shipment with the carrier.

If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, this must be reported to the online store without delay, and in any case within 14 days. Parcels damaged in transit must be reported to the carrier responsible for the delivery without delay.

BACKORDERS

If the products to be delivered are made to order, meaning they are not in stock at the time of ordering and the order is delivered as a backorder, the delivery time is usually around 1-3 weeks. You can see the stock status of each product on the product pages and in the shopping cart. Products in stock can also be purchased in our store.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY – FREE 30-DAY EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

The customer has the right to cancel their order without giving a reason within 30 days of receiving the last product in the order. The right of cancellation also applies to undelivered orders. A direct link to the cancellation form can be found in the order confirmation, in the online store footer and via this link.

The customer has the right to exchange or return some or all of the products in the order. Products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

If you wish to return or exchange products, please first contact our customer service and ask for return instructions – we will provide you with a return code for the return. Please include your name, contact details and bank account number with the return for a possible refund.

If a returned product has been used contrary to the buyer's statutory duty of care, is damaged or is not in resalable condition, the company has the right to charge a depreciation fee up to the full price of the product, including return costs.

If the purchase is cancelled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after submitting the cancellation notice to our return address listed below.

When returning a delivered order, include your name and contact details, and to be safe, your bank account number for the refund. We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice. If the products are not in their original condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refunded amount according to the depreciation of the product.

Depreciation

The amount of depreciation is determined based on a general assessment carried out by our product experts. Our experts have the best knowledge of the value and sales potential of the products. The depreciation of each return is assessed individually based on the condition of the product and any defects.

The following examples are indicative deductions and depend on the general assessment and depreciation:

– If the returned product has been used or handled so that it shows marks or dirt, 50% of the product's value will be refunded. – If the product is returned in unsellable condition, the depreciation is 100% including return costs. – Missing accessories: 25% of the order value is deducted from the refund – Damaged packaging: 25% of the order value is deducted from the refund – Missing packaging: 25% of the order value is deducted from the refund
