Hohde12 down profile

Obliquely to the wall and downward LED profile on the lowered roof

Aluminum LED profile designed specifically for lighting the lowered roof with an LED strip. The beautiful list both finishes the edge of the lowering roof gypsum board and illuminates downwardly to the wall. We recommend 5-15cm from the wall.

The LED aluminum profile Hohde12 Down, which is gently sloping down/side, is made of anodized aluminum and has improved scratching resistance. The LED profile is perfect for restaurants, public interiors, but it is also a great addition to the ceiling of the homes, giving the wall/ceiling an innovative and subtle lighting.

The aluminum profile Hohde12 Down is designed to finish the edge of the lowered roof and to obliquely illuminate down/wall indirectly. The LED profile can be installed in gypsum boards with a thickness of 12.5 mm. The feature of the Hohde12 down aluminum profile is that the structure of the profile allows the light glow of the light on the wall. The profile can accommodate max. 12mm wide LED strips.

The overall dimensions and simple shape of the profile significantly expand the usability and design options of the LED profile. The Hohde 12 Down aluminum profile is done by using an attachment adhesive or mounting tape. In addition, the LED profile can be mounted on the lowered ceiling with screws. To achieve complete aesthetics, the LED strip profile can be finished with end pieces.

The low-calculated roof Hohde12 Down LED aluminum profile is also an excellent cooling element that will remove the heat from the LED strip optimally. Above all, this solution creates better conditions for the LED tape diodes and significantly extends their life. The LED aluminum profile also protects the LED tape against mechanical damage and also makes the configuration much more durable compared to gluing the LED strip directly to the gypsum board.

The profile is also suitable for bathroom lighting when you choose a moisture-resistant LED strip as an LED strip.

It is a good idea to choose an effective LED strip for indirectly lowered roof LED lighting, such as 18W/m 24V LED strip, because indirectly reflected from the wall is always dimmer than straight light. If you want a completely scorless light, we recommend a scoring COB LED strip.

If you want a color-controlled CCT LED or RGB+CCT multi-colored LED strip for lighting a roof, it will work well as the profile can hold max 12mm LED strips. Adjustable LED strips are a good choice as they can create different moods in the space - a bright daylight during the day and the atmospheric light tone in the evening.

The choice of deck or diffuser

Because the indirect lighting aluminum list is installed to obliquely facing the wall, you can detect an LED strip at certain angles. Therefore, it is advisable to choose an opal diffuser as a diffuser, and the use of a dense LED strip is recommended. Otherwise, we always recommend using diffuser in profiles, otherwise the LED tape trough will collect dust over the years, which is not easy to clean and the dust also heats the LED tape, which reduces the LED service life. We think the best diffuser Hohde12 on the list is diffuser c, for it spreads the light more evenly and is easy to click in place. The opal diffuser spreads the light evenly over a wide area and softens the edges of the light.

Installation of the Led LED profile of the lowered roof:

• Indirect lighting LED aluminum profile is installed directly on the "top" of the lowered roof. You can attach the profile with a mounting adhesive or tape, or by drilling the hole into the profile and attaching it with screws. If possible with multiple lists, it is advisable to leave the diffuser seam at a different point than the seam of the profiles, this will lock the profiles neatly to each other and the seam becomes very discreet.
