Valotehdas.fi is an LED lighting e-commerce store for high quality LED luminaires and LED tapes, as well as light control. We also have a stoneware store/showroom in Nummela. In addition to consumers, our clients include electrical contractors, architects and companies. We are looking for a customer service for LED luminaires, e-commerce customer service and sales. As a seller of the Light Factory, you work with our other LED experts. It is important for us to produce an excellent customer service experience, quality LED products, and find the right solutions for our customers. Your job is to guide your customers to choose the right LED lighting products for them in the store and by phone, email and via chat. Tasks also include shipment of products, store work, and adding and updating products to the online store.
We believe that you will probably enjoy working at work if you are accomplished, enthusiastic about lighting, construction and renovation, and you have a natural desire to serve the customer to your best. Previous experience and understanding in the electrical, lighting or construction industry is definitely beneficial at work, but not necessary- we are responsible for comprehensive orientation to work! The expertise of design work is an advantage, as is the experience of some updates, online stores, etc. but not necessary. We are most looking for a great customer service type that enjoys working with us. 😊
Work hours are available 30-37.5h/week, by agreement. Salary in the trade industry (wholesale salesman around € 2300-3000/month) or by agreement, so you can also give your salary request!
The work begins immediately or by arrangement and we fill the place as soon as the right person is found. Job search open until 15.5.2022.
